The Rose Ave Condos is a 6000sf two unit condominium located in Venice, Ca. along a dynamic mixed use corridor.
The design is composed of into several smaller volumes reminiscent of the surrounding classic bungalows. Raw materials including concrete block, steel, concrete and wood emphasize the loft design while creating warm and inviting living spaces. The design incorporates green features such as solar panels, radiant floor heating, sustainable materials and passive solar design. The two units intertwine creating unique loft living spaces as well as outdoor living spaces and roof decks.
